BlueLink International CZ is a customer experience center based in Prague and is part of the BlueLink Group, a proud subsidiary of the Air France-KLM group. With over 50 different nationalities and over 500 employed millennials, we offer a dynamic and innovative work environment. Our aim is on one side to offer a memorable customer service, an experience to each customers of our Clients (airlines, luxury brands); and on the other side to offer to our staff an awesome place to work. We developed our international customer experience expert center into progressive and dynamic customer experience hub. We increased our mobility, offered superior flexibility and created a pleasant and friendly work environment in the heart of Prague.
